Our Products
01. Tungsten Carbide Rings
Tungsten Carbide rings are used in the manufacturing of mill rolls for extended life in applications where long rolling campaigns are required. Their extreme hardness makes them suitable for wire rods finishing blocks and some shaping applications.
The cemented carbides rolls are divided into the conventional WC-Co alloys and the corrosion resistant alloys with a mixed binder Co-Ni-Cr. The binder contents vary according to the specific requirements of the rolling mill.
02. High Speed Steel (HSS) Rolls
Steel rolling technology has progressed in recent years, improving product quality, enhancing productivity, and reducing production costs. This trend has increased the demand for rolling mill rolls of higher performance, longer life, and higher reliability. High-speed tool steel (HSS) rolls were devoloped to meet the demand. Usage of HSS rolls to hot strip mill roughing stands, structural mill universal rolling stands, and bar and wire rod mill intermediate stands. The HSS rolls are now manufactured by the CPC process, centrifugal casting (CF) process, or hot isolating pressing (HIP) process to meet specific requirements.
03. Composite Rolls
Composite Rolls helps to get dream production in steel plant. This improves mill stability as well as quality
of product. The most effective part of this roll decreases the cost of mill and cuts the interruption and reduces the shutdown of mill which is very important in these days.
This roll reduce the labor strength and progress the effort competence. Seriously this decrease the regularity
of exchanging groove and roll. The shallow quality of Rebars (TMT) and Wire Rod yield improves to a
maximum degree, which give leads to production as well as to economic section.
03. HPS Rolls
HPS is a new material developed for the finishing stand by our team of Expert Engineers and R&D Department. The hardness of Roll is HSD70-80. This product has good wear resistance, uniform wear, good impact resistance, no block dropping phenomenon, good heat resistance fatigue performance, and easy to process.
The negative tolerance of rolled material can be effectively controlled, the surface quality of rolled material is good, the requirement of cooling water is far lower than that of CARBIDE ROLLS.
